The story
Mohamed started his career in 2016 in freelance IT support for small businesses and individuals: hardware and software troubleshooting, OS installation and maintenance, and network setup. Those years close to everyday users shaped how he builds software: practical solutions people actually use.
He founded ROOM-TECH to help businesses move from Excel sheets and manual work to reliable, scalable software. There he leads a multidisciplinary team building modern software ecosystems for business automation and digital commerce, combining strategic leadership with technical execution.
Alongside ROOM-TECH, he is Assistant IT Manager at ALSERAFY Pharmacies, managing systems and IT operations for a multi-branch pharmacy chain.
